The Sage of the Delta provides clues to the existence of other quests.

The Sage of the delta can be found at the Lands End Tavern in Astrea Delta. He will provide a quest hint in return for any commodity.

"You must know of the study in the White House north of Mercinae. In the study is a box of coloured rocks, and with these rocks you can light a fire in the fireplace. Lighting the fire is an act of great important since it causes an enormously valuable treasure to be revealed. The fire requires four coloured rocks to light, and when you do light it, if you have not the correct colours, the odd flame will flare up. Primary coloured flames indicate a correct coloured rock in the correct sequence of four, while secondary coloured flames indicate a correct coloured rock in the wrong sequence of four."
