Route:

The DoodleBlog,
the free pile of crap that anyone can edit.

Welcome to a self-indulgent nostalgia trip predominately perpetrated by two self-indulgent nostalgic individuals:

Derek "Who says a woman has to be weak?" Williams (Nirejhenge)
Duncan "I think I'll eat a custard cream actually" Timiney (Marasmusine)

New Stuff
This is the new stuff that we will be doing. Basically.
That's partly what this is for. It's part archive and part new blog.
It being called Doodleblog will become apparent later when you read the bit in the Old Stuff section.
It will always be a work in progress.

Somewhere Inbetween Stuff

The Typewriter era
New Characters; post-doodlebook characters of ours.
Some Fricking Thing That Happened To Me, Maybe; by Duncan, some time ago.

Old Stuff

Just thought I'd mention that 90% of what is in this section is the product of several teenage minds.
So if things are a bit, well, teenage crapness. That's the reason.
Anyway this is stuff that's from the old Doodle Books themselves.

They they weren't just books we doodled in, you know.
No siree.
We stole excersize books from school and went all creative in them.
In various ways.
Well to be fair we didn't always steal them. Sometimes they were things given to us.
Like Jotters, Homework Diaries and Revisions books.
This is what we were meant to do with them though, right?
Later on when supplied dried up we had to actually start buying them.
From shops and stuff.

We wrote plays, we wrote stories, we wrote lyrics, we made questionnaires (often extremely long), we wrote poetry, did doodles and some other pictures.
At first, the first book featured just me, but then Duncan came on board. He was quickly followed by Andrew (a friend and Electronic Counter Measure member) and Janine (friend and partner of Duncan) (STOP PRESS - Janine now wife of Duncan).
They were done in a way that was almost as if other people would be reading them.
Which they weren't (apart from the fact that they are now, eh?). But they were done that way anyway. For not readily apparent reason. Probably just because we felt more important that way.
I think it was probably my delusions of grandeur (I'm Derek by the way) that caused it. Anyway read the best bits from the links below.

Right I think it's time to reveal:
