That this was written on 31-5-96 at 11:26pm, it is earlier in the book than some other stuff which I actually did earlier than this. How did Jean Michelle Jarre get so crap? Oxygene and Equinox are lovely. Magnetic Fields is a bit crap and the rest is awful. I couldn't think of anything to add to the play. I know what I want to do with it (as in where the storyline is headed) but I need to pad it out until I get to my next idea. I've got a bit in mind but I've got to do something for a while till I get to it. Something to do with getting to know the character better or something.

I haven't seen Duncan for 2 weeks. I hope he's got Progression 3. I don't fancy recording it all again. I hope he's got Naked Lunch too. I hope I get to see him fairly soon. Mainly so he can do stuff in this book. It has a nice feel to it. Quite condusive to creativity. Duncan Gillespie of Sheffield is going to lend us a moog source analogue synthesiser. I might go and get it on sunday. If I don't, it's either next sat or sun. I want to go see Duncan T (you if you are him) next sat though. That's why I favour this sund. Andrew is going to Flamingo land this sunday though and I doubt that Janine would want to come or Alex. I don't really fancy it on my own though. Through this I've been listening to Equinoxe and feeling rather hot.

Interesting look back in time. It's incredible to think this guy we barely knew who was in a band in Sheffield let us borrow such things as a Moog Source synthesiser. Of course we gave them back and all that but he could have lots hundreds! He even let us borrow a highly expensive Roland TB-303 synth thing, Roland TR-808 drum machine, TR-909 Drum Machine and a Oscar synthesiser. They were worth a huge amount of money, yet he trusted us. We got to know him by buying a Roland Juno 6 synth from him. This is from the Quite Pleasingly Blue Book.
