yesterday we went to harewood we we went on a coach when we got ther we went on
the adventure playground they were ropes and rope ladder and rope nets and
bridges one bridge was one log that we hold to hold to a rope and slopes I
didn't play with anybody we saw some penguins they swim we had our dinner I sat
next to Pauline and Mr Scoates we saw a humming bird when he flapps
his wings it makes a humming noise we saw some cockatoos they eat it is white
and pink he has red and orange and pink we saw two snowyowls they are white
they can turn ther heads right round we saw a parrot he is blue and red and green
and yellow and orange we saw a macaw it is blue and yellow it has a black and white
stripes I had a orange lollipop and then we went home

The Jay lives in the woods the jay eats nuts and seeds and acorns and other birds
eggs The Jay is black and white and blue and brown the Jay is happy the jay
is beauitfull if anybody comes by he will screech to warn the other birds

zoo animals have a Diet as well as We Do.
The zoo people carn't find the food that they eat in the wild so they get tasty
food for animals.
they couldn't provide enough ants for the anteater so they make a mixture of
tin meat and milk and roar eggs.
a lot of animals feed on locusts and flies.
When we went to the zoo it siad that we are not aloued to feed them that is
important Becose if you feed them and the zoo keeper feeds them they will Die Becose
they have a Balanced Diet.
they are in Danger Becose if you throw a plastic Bag into it's cage it will
swolow it and sufacate

they are different keepers for different animals.
if the anumals are sick the zoo vet comes sometimes ther is a Hospital.
When the animals are born they need some hay underneath them so if a giraffe is
going to have a baby it drops a long way down and it will have a soft landing
or otherwise it would die.
Sometimes the mother rejects the baby the keeper comes and feeds the baby with a bottol

What I like most about twycross zoo is when someone saw a 5p and he pretend to get it the 5p
was in the Giraffe House I laughed.
When we went through the monkey House and first we saw a monkey that looked like
a gibbon and it zoomed round the cage I was frightened.
then I thought it was scared of us
my favourite animal is the giant tortoise
