Der Techlevel ist ein Wert für den persönlichen Fortschritt im Spiel.
Jeder Charakter kann im Verlauf des Spiels seinen Techlevel erhöhen.
Dadurch vergößert sich der Rucksack, die Arbeit wird effektiver und man kann neue Berufe ausüben.

Bei Berufen, die Ressourcen abbauen, kann man also mehr Ressourcen je Arbeitsgang bekommen.
Waffentechniker und Chemiker erweitern ihre Produktpalette durch höhere Techlevels.
Aber Achtung, je höher der Techlevel, desto mehr steigt auch der Wasser- und Nahrungsverbrauch.

Du beginnst bei Techlevel 0, die ersten Steigerungen kannst du über Fortbildungen beim Arbeitsmarkt erlangen und dort bis Techlevel 5 erhöhen.
Danach kannst du deinen Techlevel nur noch über die Kaserne (bis max. 20) erhöhen. Wenn du eine Umschulung zu einem anderen Beruf machst, bleibt dein Techlevel erhalten.
