Capital City was the capital of the empire, and seat of the High King. During the war, Capital City was destroyed in an unprecedented cannon attack and almost totally destroyed. Today the ruins that are left are situated deep in the bottom of the Inferi Valley. Only the most bold adventurers venture there.
